I aerate a typical residential yard (front and back) for one flat rate. What you get is a complimentary mow down to 2.5”-3” for maximum penetration, over seeding with a grass seed, fertilizer, soil conditioner combination. 5 yard minimum. (Anything bigger then your typical 1000-1500 square feet would require a free assessment where I would need to measure with a wheel counter and create a price.)
